Jeffrey Casebier and his wife, Michele, bought a three-bedroom, three bath home at 23110 Stokes Rd. in Ramona for $600,000 from Black Canyon Ranch on Aug. 22.
The 3,321-square-foot house was built in 2007.
Mr. Casebier has served as general manager for South Bay Foundry Inc., a factory based in Santee which produces metal castings.
