Glenda Moehlenpah bought a four-bedroom home at 14334 Gaelyn Ct. in Poway for $500,000 from Peter Selis and his wife, Michelle, on June 12.
The Selises paid $249,000 for the property in Aug. 1999. The 1,935 square foot house was built in 1972.
Moehlenpah is a financial advisor and founder of Financial Bridges, a financial planning firm headquartered in San Diego. She is a certified public accountant and a financial advisor who specializes in cash flow budgeting and debt management.
Prior to Financial Bridges, she worked at Dean Consulting and Associates, Avenue Advisors, LLC, OmniQuip International, Inc., Greenfield Industries, Inc., and Price Waterhouse. She's also worked internationally at Harbour Group in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany.
She earned her M.B.A. from San Diego State University and a bachelor's in business administration from Saint Louis University.
