Kerstin Karlsson bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 24113 Del Amo Rd. in Ramona for $417,000 from Mark and Michele Radeke on May 16.

The Radekes bought the property for $204,500 in Jan. 1999. The 1,824 square foot house was built in 1987.

Karlsson is the widow of Frank Karlsson, a co-founder of the Ramona Vintner's Cellars, a Ramona winery he started in 2001 and later named the Lenora Winery. Mr. Karlsson passed away in March 2007.

Kerstin Karlsson sold a five-bedroom Ramona home on May 14.
