Oncologist gets $2.3 million in Poway

Dr. Robert P. Brouillard and his wife, Susan sold their three-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 14489 Southern Hills Ln. in Poway for $2.3 million to Curt Davidson on April 30.
The Brouillards paid $1.745 million for the property in March 2004, the same year the home was built.
Dr. Brouillard specializes in breast cancer and lymphoma at San Diego Pacific Oncology and Hematology Associates. He also focuses on the treatment of prostate, lung and colon cancer for the clinic, which he held found in 1990.
He has served as Lieutenant Colonel at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and worked with Specialty Medical Clinic in La Jolla. He is also the chairman of the XiMED Medical Group.
The New Jersey native earned his M.D. from the New Jersey College of Medicine and his bachelor's from the University of Notre Dame.
