Huge 7BD in Poway trades for $3.3M

Robert H. Buckenmayer and his wife, Margaret, bought a seven-bedroom, 6.5 bath in Poway at 14365 Ciera Ct. for $3.3 million from Jonathan and Suzanne Bernstein on Feb. 22.

The Bernsteins bought the property in May 2003 for $3.1 million.

The 8,600 square foot home was listed as high as $3.695 million and features an attached four-car garage and heated in-ground pool. It was constructed in 2000 by luxury homebuilder McCullough-Ames.
