Mobile phone marketer connects with Poway 3BD

Vance Kim and his wife, Maria, bought a three-bedroom, two bath in Poway at 12944 Pomard Way from Tammy Trust for $590,000 on Feb. 13.
David Karpol paid $248,500 for the home in 1999. Karpol transferred the deed to Trust earlier this year.
The 1,933 square foot home was listed for $610,000. It was built in 1978.
Mr. Kim is a manager of marketing for the Nokia global go-to-market campaign. He's worked in marketing for a number of corporations including United Health Care, Indymac Bank and Intel.
He attended the University of Oregon.
