Septic tank cleaning company owners spend $440K in Ramona

Edmund Kapelczak and his wife, Yvonne, bought a three-bedroom, two bath in Ramona at 1049 Via Alegre Dr. for $440,000 from the Plueger Family Trust on Jan. 23.
The Pluegers paid $164,000 for the 1,568 square foot home in Aug. 1994.
The Kapelczaks own Sludgebusters Septic Service, DBA European Portables, a septic tank cleaning company in Ramona that also rents port-o-potties for construction and special events.
Mrs. Kapelczak serves as the company's president while Mr. Kapelczak is vice president.
